Took 2 hrs instead of 1 hrs. And wanted to change my filters and they didn't need changed

I recently purchased a vehicle from the wonderful people at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet in Muncy and my buying experience was exceptional. My sales rep Joey Rosa was on top of his game making sure my experience was the best one ever. He definitely took the stress out of buying a new car. He was courteous, respectful and patient with me and answered all my questions no matter how many I asked. While giving me a quick tutorial, he was very knowledgeable with all the features that the 2026 Equinox RS has to offer. He was competent and thorough taking his time making sure everything was covered. Joey even showed me how to download the Mychevy app & explained all the features on the app never rushing through anything. Because I was disappointed that Chevrolet did not provide an owners manual, he went above & beyond showing me how to download a copy from the app. (Call me old-fashion, but I still would prefer the paper book) To sum it up…Joey Rosa was amazing and made the process of buying a new vehicle really smooth. He is genuine and passionate about his career. He treated me with respect & made me feel special. I drove out of the dealership happy and appreciated the awesome customer service I received. He is truly an asset to the dealership. I give him 5 stars!

had a 9AM appointment . I got there ten minutes early they took my venicle in on time work was performed and service rep explained the parts needed to finish the job .every one was very courtish. I found the service area very comfortable to wait in. i am 80 years old and purchased numerous vehicles in my life.also i live 2hrs away -this was the best dealer experience. Also Curtis Miller was our sales rep he was great we did not feel any high pressure. so keep up the good work

Asked to have my car washed 2 different times, not done

My car was overheating, they checked the pressure and added fluid but didn't check for anything else. Paid over $300 which would have been covered by the warranty if they would have found the real issue that was discovered the next day when the check engine light was back on.

All expectations were exceeded, got me everything I was looking for.

Not a good experience! I had my truck towed in. They couldn’t look at it untill thursday. That was fine, They told me it needed a starter and they had it in stock it would be done friday late in day. I called friday after 4 to see if it would be done. The receptionist said they would call me back never called back. My brother called and they told him they had to order more parts. I called monday and they said they just got the starter in it would be done tomorrow which it was. But they lied to me several times. Very unprofessional like. Very unhappy customer!

All service items I had asked for were completed. -- except I didn't get resolution on one thing. Somewhere in the electrical system, there is a drain occurring on my battery. The alternator was checked & found to be charging ok. But if I let the vehicleset for a period of time, the battery is found totally dead. The battery was checked & said to be ok - "good as new". But, is has been found dead twice now. That didn't get resolved by my visit to your service center.

Everything went fine at dealership. A bit disappointed in General Motors for limiting choices of wheels on a new suburban and not allowing an upgrade to 22" wheels.

Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about our happiness.

Swirl marks left on my truck from the Zurich coating. Looks horrible. Was told they would come pick it up Monday and take it and have it all fixed never did. No call back or email back about it.

It didn’t get washed

Good Service.

I brought my truck in for two issues. One was a transmission flush. The other was an issue with the center screen switching from radio to another setting. I would have to use the button on the steering wheel to recover it. Your man called and asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed and I told him to go ahead but they didn’t do it. Then he proceeded to tell me with an unprofessional attitude that the screen problem was because I installed a cheap battery instead of a better quality on which tried to get me to buy which after part, installation, tax and core fee would’ve ended up over $500. The only reason the cheap battery was installed was because when I was on vacation in SC my battery died and the only place to get one was at Walmart. It wasn’t so much the fact that I didn’t understand it was his arrogant attitude when dealing with me like I am an idiot. I’ve purchased my last five vehicles at your dealership and have always been satisfied with your service dept. I’m planning on buying a new truck later this year but I’m now inclined to look elsewhere. And the problem still isn’t fixed

I love they have a great waiting room. I can relax and read my book while waiting for my car. There is pop corn free if you want any. Other machines plus free water or coffee. The service is fast . Very respectable people working there. B

Yesterdays appointment went well,much quicker repair than I thought. Since I was there two weeks before for this appointment and u ordered the wrong part. Had to call for each appointment to check after two weeks if the part was in. Thought they would be calling me.

Fast and curtious service

I requested oil change, tire rotation, tire balance and 4 wheel alignment. I left the car Monday for Tuesday appointment. All went well until paying the service bill. I requested a copy of the alignment spec print out. Service employee stated printer was not working. I requested a PDF copy be sent to my email address on file. I have not received the PDF.

The staff were wonderful to work with. The two sales guys were friendly and nice ,and they made it an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle with this dealership for the first time.

They completed our car in record time and we were very pleased

the sales floor and managers tried to explain many of the tech features in my new truck. Between the sales person, sales management and service personnel we left the dealership with items not working, It took three trips back to fix or adjust most of the items working as they were suppose too. Still some of the items my wife and I spent multiple hours trying as we can to figure the issues. Much of this would be resolved if 1. there was a owners manual, 2. The sales staff was trained on new technology, and three GM and onstar would address these issues when there were complication. You are suppose to be excited about a new car purchase, but we left the dealership depressed and disappointed. The staff tried and I give them that. But they were as lost as we were. The other issue was the personnel was very busy and did not have the time to fully spend with us. They were bouncing back and fourth, This too was very disappointing. On the day of purchase, we were at the dealership over 4 hours and left disappointed. I gave a 5 star only because the dealership tried and I believe their hands were tied with 1. lack of knowledge and 2. limited time.

Curtis was once again absolutely great to work with. Very patient and answered all my questions. Was great to have him and Alec being able to joke with and make it a great why.

It went well, they listened and understood what was going to complete the deal on my end.

I went in for an inspection and they claimed my tire in the back was bald. They wanted to charge me over $600. The tire wasn’t bald because I left and took it to a reputable repair shop. I knew they were lying because I just got new tires a few months ago. I’ll never take my car here again nor will I buy a car from this dealership.

Everything was great. Performed service and inspection as requested. No pushy "upsell". Everyone was polite.

Came to get my free oil change. Asked to have the fuel filter change also $169.99 to change a fuel filter i used to change my own on my kenworth .and the cost for oil change is $114.84 feels like i paid for part of my oil change and it only took a hour to do both check out guy just wanted to get me out the door customer #216766 also they were suppose to rotate the tires but would not do dully even know the sales men offered that in the deal very bad service drove from Carlisle to get done ( p.s. I love the truck but over charged checked around for price should have been like $100.00

Been using this dealership for years to purchase many cars always had great service. It’s why I go back. They are consistent and salesman Parker Dunbar is very attentive to customer needs with no pressure sales.

I was very happy with the promptness and careful attention I received.

First visit 1 week before did not find all issues, had to order parts. Second visit, found I needed more parts ordered. Will be 3 visits for inspection and tires.

Ben was great in helping me find a vehicle I had no idea what I really wanted and he was very patient and showed me multiple options, I have never bought a car from a large dealership and never a brand new car, and Ben and Tommy made it a great experience, not pushy and did whatever they could to get me the best deal. Definitely a great first experience.

The service department was great - from scheduling the appointment to the time it took to complete the service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite. I did think a free wash was included with a service appointment although I wasn't offered one. The one concern I do have is not with the dealership, but with GMC. My 2023 GMC Denali has used oil from the time I took ownership (it was brand new) to now and GMC says they will not address the problem unless it uses 2 quarts of oil.

Very polite. The day I visited to schedule for a "warranty/Recall" on purge valve. I read alot of dealerships have been denying service. No specified location and I had my car tested at advanced auto and did my own research on that specific part. The weekend I went to schedule a appointment I made sure loud n clear what an why due to history of "women" don't know this stuff or can be conned into so much. After standing my ground and getting the proper services with out any hassel I am very well impressed with how everything went and turned out. I greatly appreciate it.

We have very good experiences with Blaise Alexander of Muncy when we've had our Tahoes serviced! They provide clean restrooms and a comfortable waiting room. We enjoy the coffee, cold water, fruit and yogurt provided, especially since we sometimes have morning appointments. The staff is courteous and efficient. I am confident that my new vehicle is handled with care as the technicians and others work on it. While we wait, we enjoy checking in with our salesman Jeff Rupert. He and other salespeople are happy to answer the many questions we have about the newer model vehicles in the showroom and on the lot.

All the items on my "shopping list" was taken care of. Now all the work that was just done won't have to be done again. It was my plan to make sure my truck was in very good working order for the next 10 years.

As our usual, we come in for service and leave with a new vehicle...lol. I was not looking to trade in but the deal was there. :) The only thing I wondered was when we left, the gas tank was not filled like it normally is in the new trade? It was at 186 miles to empty ( between 1/4 & 1/2 tank). Was that an oversight or don't they fill the sold cars anymore?

First trip, was supposed to have inspection and tires. No tires there. Second trip for tires, repairs for an issue found during trip 1, and found another issue, part needed ordered. Third trip, all repairs and inspection finally completed

Salesman isiah ash was excellent. Took his tine and was a very customer oriented salesman. Sales manager was also very good and took the time to sit down and actually listen to the customer.

Check engine light came on. A scan from the code reader quickly identified the problem. Made a drop off appointment, dropped the vehicle the evening before the appointment day. Drop off is simple with the pull through lanes. On appointment day I was kept updated with the progress and projected costs. Picking up the vehicle was just as simple as drop off. Was out of the service department in less than five minuets. My vehicle was not only serviced, but washed.

I know that a warranty is it states, but after two days at the dealership and a 300$ plus bill for the second shifter I had to install in my auto. I have normally came to Blaise for service and probably will continue. Poor Chevy not backing a know issue

I recently took my Chevy Colorado to Blaise Alexander for a transmission check up. The young man (I'm 79 so anyone under 50 is "young") who I spoke with was very helpful and quite competent. He conducted himself professionally and politely to explain what needed to be done. His name is Cal Missigman and as I stated in a previous message, the Alexander family should make sure he continues to be employed by them.

I was extremely disappointed with the up sell tactic that happened. I signed up on line for the standard 22.5k service priced at 137. When I arrived the attendant went over the list of services and included and mentioned an engine air filter change. I assumed he was listing the services included. He was not. This is an extra service not included or required at this time. I found this out when he told me the charges for the day would be 200. I want you to know as a business you should not do that. It is deceptive and dishonest. I was professionally upset and clear this is not acceptable. He discounted the price by 35 but I doubt I'll have you do my service again.

I had a 7am appointment they diagnosed the problem left at 10:15. The waiting room was very accommodating. I had hot tea, yogurt and popcorn.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The technician came and told me that I needed a wheel sensor and that it wouldn't take long to install, along with my oil change. Very thoughtful and glad that he was able to take care of the service.

Great service

very efficient and work well done

The wheels on my vehicle have two (2) bolt patterns that unfortunately can physically be mounted on the hub assemblies however only one (1) configuration is correct and is mounted flush to the brake rotor assembly. Three (3) of the four (4) wheels were mounted incorrectly resulting in severe vibration during my one (1) hour travel home which could have caused significant impacts to my vehicle or even myself. Discovered the issue when at home and had to re-mount the respective wheels. Additionally, I had to take my vehicle to a local shop to inspect and rebalance everything at an additional cost. Reached out to Blaise Alexander Muncy after I got home and corrected the issue with a pdf file to show how the certified mechanics incorrectly mounted my wheels resulting in the severe vibration, no response. Received a call and text message the next day when I was at the local shop asking how my service was, provided a response via text as I was as the local repair shop and no response. It has now been six (6) days [four (4) business day] and no response back or attempt to discuss my feedback which is what is prompting this negative review as I was being generous with waiting for some response and unfortunately still, no response.

From the initial inquiry on the web, the team in Muncy, PA was super responsive. I was very pleased as a female to be assigned to a female salesperson, Kat. Kat was very helpful, professional, and informative with all of my inquiries. While waiting for finalization of my purchase, I was able to sit with the manager and express my gratitude and satisfaction with the staff. Im very pleased with my new 2026 Tahoe, the service I received, convenience, prices, financing price match, and am a guaranteed future client. Im hopeful when that times comes, Kat will still be around so I'll be able to purchase another vehicle from her!

I can in for an oil and filter service. We discussed that because I was close to 30,000 miles we would go ahead and do the 30,000 mile service. On completion it was determined that I had a radiator leak and would therefore need to schedule a day to return for that repair. We got it on the schedule for Friday. I brought it on Friday morning. Colin said the dealership would take me home and deliver my car back to me when the repairs were completed. They returned my car later in the day with some “lagniappe” to boot. They ran in through the car wash. What great surprise. As always, I was seen, heard and taken care of by the service group of your dealership! Great job!

Communication was generally good. However the sales staff appeared to be rushed. I requested that my EV be charged to 80% and that was agreed to. But it was not done, it was close but not at the agreed on level. When it came time to go over the info screen, the presentation was quick and rushed. A customer needs to press the icons not watch someone else do it. That is not the way to leave a customer feeling good about the experience.

This was the longest wait that I ever had a full 2 hours. Now normally I wouldnt complain. But as I age my eye site has gone downhill. I have Glaucoma. So driving at dark is very very hard for me . I live 1 hour and 32 minutes away. Appointment was for 1:45 pm I got there signed in at 1:30 and out at 3:30 . So right on the edge of darkness lol. Seemed like it took to long. I was just scared to drive in the dark. Appointment next time will be much earlier .. Thanks for listening.

The appointment took longer than expected with a weekend wait to got my truck back. Also. As noted on my bill, I need to have something corrected. It states there is a head gasket issue. I just didn't give it another day or two to get all the air out of the system. I haven't added any coolant since I mentioned about "loosing" coolant, back in early spring. If there was a head gasket problem, I would have to add coolant everyday, and I haven't added any since.

I was disappointed at not getting my tire rotation done because it being a dually but on the offer from gm it didn't say anything about that. Then when they said that it comes with all fluid fill ups including the Def fluid, I had to take the gm brochure I received back into the service desk and show them it was supposed to come with that also. They said that they would take care of it but after I left went about a mile to McDonald's I figured I'd go through my info center an saw all they did was take it from quarter tank to 3/4 tank but didn't fill it. Disappointed I drove 35 miles for just a oil change and 20 point check on all systems. I'll be dealing with the Blaise Alexander chevy dealership in Selinsgrove. Hopefully they're better at their service there. It just makes a person irritated that u buy top of the line stuff an don't get nothing back without people trying to short cut you on what ur supposed to receive.

I have a 2023 Chevy Colorado I bought in 2024 the battery recently died I got a new battery the light came on on the dash I had a recall went to blaze Alexander got a recall taken care of did not get reimbursed for the battery did not get the light taken off the dash I really like blaze Alexander I travel 71 miles to get there been there multiple times that was the worst experience I had I don't know if I ever go back there

Took to long to do complete the deal, there for appointment at 1130am never left until 5pm. The hold up was our military verification system the GM uses. Would not work correctly, my husband has he is a veteran on his driver's license, active VA benefit card. Would not approve on the ID system. If you are going to offer military discount important to use a verification system that works properly.

Service desk will leave you standing without acknowledgment of you being there. Eventually redirect you to another desk and then back again when you have a question about the receipt. The receipt was confusing for someone who doesn’t know much about cars and when asking for clarification, front desk was clearly annoyed to have to explain.

The dealership is good and informative. Unfortunately we have little faith in Chevy vehicles. We are actually in the market for another vehicle and will not be purchasing another Chevy. For a truck to only have 65000 miles and have issues popping up already is very disconcerting, As we’ve never even towed one thing or hauled stone or the like. It’s a shame as we like the truck a lot.

When I received my car back my passenger side door was not put back together and there was “material” hanging out the bottom. I also had no ability to use my passenger side mirror even if I manually adjusted it. I have had an issue with my car since November with still no solution. I took it in to get the computer reset, it reset on its on then after it was there I haven’t had the ability to control the power windows. Now I am being told this is going to cost me over $1,000. When I called about the material hanging out of my door there was no I am really sorry, it was, just let us know when you can drop it off. I have dealt with Blaise for many years, and this is very disappointing.
